Made-to-measure products

Our mats are made to measure for the make, model, year and colours you choose. Therefore, under article 103 c) of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act (TRLGDCU), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

Before confirming your order, please double-check your vehicle's make, model and year. If in doubt, message us and we will help.

Defective or wrong items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, or one that does not match your order (wrong model, wrong colour or missing pieces), we will replace it or refund you in full, as you prefer. We cover the return shipping costs.

How to request it

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery at hola@contrastemats.com or on WhatsApp.
• Include your order number and photos of the product and the issue.
• We will reply with the solution and, if needed, a return label.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of approving the claim.

Legal guarantee

This does not affect your statutory rights regarding lack of conformity (3 years for new goods under Spanish law).
