Manufacturing

Your mats are made to measure within 1–3 working days of payment confirmation.

Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak season, public holidays or for reasons beyond our control.

• Mainland Spain: 2–5 working days after manufacturing.
• Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: ask us for the delivery time before ordering.
• Rest of the European Union: 4–8 working days after manufacturing.

Shipping costs

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may be subject to taxes or customs procedures.

• Spain: free shipping.
• European Union: €9.90 per order.

Order tracking

Once your order leaves the factory we will email you the tracking number. If you have any questions, write to us at hola@contrastemats.com or on WhatsApp.

Delivery issues

Please check the parcel on arrival. If it is damaged or incomplete, tell the courier and contact us within 14 days with photos of the parcel and the product. We will sort it out at no cost to you.
